Just a little while longer.....(part 6)
Author's note: Hi frens!! Um, sorry I haven't blogged in a while, I've been busy, hehe. You know, playing happy wheels and stuff. EVERYONE should definitely play it unless you hate gruesome deaths, otherwise, check it out! So, I put up a poll on twitter and you wanted me to post about Gladys and TOP, so here is the story of Gladys. IF YOU HAVEN'T READ THE STORY, please read the other parts first!!!!! Thank you. Love you frens, thanks for reading. You're all so supportive. And even though it's only 3 people right now, as far as I know, if ever I'm famous, thanks for being cool fans and reading this junk from my pre-fame years. IF I'm ever famous, probably won't happen...)

Gladys went to sleep that night with puffy eyes and a sore throat. She hadn't cried so much since
the last time Beverly had left, this time it was her fault. She wasn't about to change her mind though.
Nothing could ever make it right to leave your little sister for 10 years. That's ridiculous. She
wondered what her friends had thought. WHAT about Josh and Tyler??? She was gonna be so
embarrassed on Monday. While morbid thoughts bounced around in her skull, Gladys buried her face
in her pillow and cried herself to sleep.
------------------------------------------------------------
Monday.
Gladys' alarm clock had gone off about 5 times but Gladys continued to sleep. She DID NOT want
to go to school today. She didn't know what to say about Beverly. Josh and Tyler had seen her
cry her eyes out. She was gonna be the laughingstock of the school. Gladys groaned. But she had
a test today, if she didn't go, she would fail it and bring her grade down even more. If that happened,
she would have a D in the class. Her mom would kill her. Slowly and painfully.
Gladys sighed and got up. Her head hurt, her heart ached and her hair looked messy but she was
up, that's all that mattered right now.
She quickly took a shower, got dressed and ran out the door, just in time to see the bus driving
towards where she was standing.
Gladys hopped in and sat in the only open seat. Right next to Tyler.
Gladys glanced at him, her cheeks a shade of pink. Tyler looked back with a smile and then
continued playing his Nintendo.
Gladys relaxed. He didn't even remember.
At the next stop, Josh got on and sat on Tyler's lap. Tyler almost choked and scooted towards Gladys
to give Josh room. All three of them sat squished on the bench. Gladys looked at her hands the entire
drive, trying not to focus on Tyler pushed up against her or his nice smelling AXE.
When they finally got off the bus, Gladys tried to calm her nerves. She just sat next to
TYLER. She probably wouldn't calm down for the next lifetime.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Gladys walked out of class with a spring in her step. She was sure she did well on the test.
She was so happy that she didn't see Josh and Tyler walking out of the bathroom in front of her.
Which is why she smacked face first into Josh, knocked him to the ground and to top it all off,
tripped Tyler with her legs.
Tyler got up and helped Josh, both of them laughing.
Gladys looked at them with wide eyes, speechless.
"It's fine Gladdy. We aren't hurt."
Gladys' heart stopped. Did Tyler just call me 'Gladdy'? She could've fainted if she wasn't already
awkward enough.
"Um, okay. I'm glad, I'm so stupid, I should've been watching where I was going..." Gladys
hurried off before she said anything else.
Gladys whipped around the corner and leaned against the wall breathing heavily. Why was she
so stupid? She almost injured Tyler and Josh. She could do nothing right today. Gladys went home,
completely forgetting the test.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tuesday.
She got an A!!!!! Gladys hurried over to the cafeteria while being careful of the boys' restroom,
and showed her test to Lindsey and Sierra. They both gave her a high-five and they celebrated with
some chocolate pudding. Gladys hadn't gotten an A in anything since the sofmore year. Since she
was a senior, that's a long time.
Tyler and Josh walked over and asked what was so great. Gladys blushed a deep red, hardly able
to breathe. Especially when Sierra told them that Gladys had gotten an A. Tyler and Josh
congratulated her politely and then walked over to an empty table.
Gladys, Sierra and Lindsey took turns glancing over at Tyler and Josh to see what they were
doing. The boys were having their own little food fight. Tyler had pudding all over his shirt and Josh
was licking Mac and Cheese off of his hat.
Gladys and Sierra were trying so hard not to laugh that they didn't notice Lindsey walking over to
Josh and Tyler. They also didn't realize her pointing over at them. So when A clump of Mac and
Cheese hit Sierra right in the face, they were caught totally unawares.
Gladys rolled over laughing so hard, while Sierra screamed obscenities and ran to the bathroom,
not without slamming into someone, making them smash their face in their plate. This started an all
out food fight in the whole cafeteria.
By the time Gladys got out from under the table, most of the kids were screaming, laughing or
crying. Tyler and Josh were covered head to toe with orange juice, little pieces of Mac and Cheese
stuck in their hair, and pudding smeared on their faces.
Gladys laughed so hard she almost peed herself. Tyler and Josh looked over at her and smirked.
They sneakily grabbed a whole container of salsa and dumped it on her head.
Gladys whirled around ready to scream and shout, but when she saw the boys she just blushed and
ran to the bathroom, flinging salsa everywhere.
It was a weird day.

O my gosh! Why? This was so cute!
ReplyDeleteHappy Wheels? Really? Lol. Sounds like Gladys had a mostly good week, except for all the embarrassing incidents, although we know that not all of us get to have Josh and Tyler in our high school.
ReplyDeleteThat poor girl. How embarrassing! On the other hand, who wouldn't love to sit next to Josh and Tyler, even if you were squished? Great job. Can't wait to see what happens next!
