Just a little while longer......(part 4)
(Author's note: so all my frens are heathe--want me to blog some more ;) so here I go, hope you like it Rienna, her fren, and Julia. and all the other people reading this lol.)
Gladys stood in the pouring rain with a grin plastered across her face. She was waiting for the
bus to take her home and even though she was soaked to the bone, she couldn't stop smiling.
Josh and Tyler had said hi to her today. She was the happiest girl in the world. What if they liked her?
What if they asked her out? Then a thought whipped across her mind like fire. Who would she say
yes to? Her heart plummeted to the floor and her smile vanished. She could never pick between
them. She was so doomed.
Later that night, Lindsey texted her on the group chat Gladys had with her and Sierra.
L: Hey, so there's a party tomorrow night. Wanna come?
S: Josh and Tyler will be there ;)
G: You guys are so mean!! They don't even like me.
L: But you like them?
S: Duh, of course, she does. That's why she always stares at them lol
G: I do not!
L: Ya you do.
S: See even Lindsey agrees. haha
G: I'll be there.
S: Okay? Why sudden change of mind?
L: It's her way of admitting her feelings.
S: No, Gladys are you okay?
G: Yeah, I'm just figuring stuff out.
L: Hey we were just joking. We didn't mean to be rude :(
S: Yeah, we didn't hurt your feeling did we?
G: No, you didn't! I'm just tired and I didn't have that good of a day...
S: Is your depression acting up again?
G: Sorta, more like panic attacks.
L: Aww I'm sorry Gladdy. We are here for you.
S: Yeah, just text us if you need anything, I gotta eat dinner. Bye
L: Bye! Gladdy, don't worry about a thing. You don't have to go.
G: I know, but I want to. Thanks for the support, I'm gonna eat dinner too. Bye
L: Bye.
Gladys put down her phone and sighed. They were really good friends, she just didn't know
how to tell them that she heard voices in her head. Her depression had gotten worse. She would
just bring them down, they didn't really care about her. They just wanted to get to Josh and Tyler
through her. They were fake friends.
Gladys shook her head and grunted in frustration. Those weren't her thoughts.
"Go away," she said to no one in particular.
Gladys groaned again, she really was going crazy. Talking to the floor wasn't good. It meant she
was going crazy. How was she ever gonna go out with Tyler or Josh?
Gladys smashed a pillow to her face and screamed. Josh and Tyler!! They were going to be there.
What was she going to do?
This was not good for her anxiety. She laid down and dug her nails into her palms, hoping the
pain would help her. It didn't.
"Gladys, time for dinner, Hon!"
With extreme effort, Gladys rose from her bed and smoothed her hair. She looked at herself in the
small mirror above her dresser and frowned. Her eyes were dull and her complexion was paler than
usual. As she walked down the stairs to dinner, all she could think about was the fact that she was
not okay.

Been there before. Where you feel like you don't know if your friends are really your friends. Poor girl. :( She's going to be in the hospital if someone doesn't realize it. Doesn't her mom notice?
