Just a little while longer.....(part 7)

(Author's note: Hi frens!!! I'm back! So, I want to write about Gladys again....don't worry I will write about Beverly and TOP soon. Thank you so much!!!! Enjoy....)

Wednesday.

      Gladys walked down the quiet hallways of her school and stopped outside her classroom door.

She was 30 minutes late. She looked through the window and saw Tyler and Josh. Before she could

move, Josh glanced at her. The teacher followed his gaze and saw Gladys. A wicked grin crossed the

teacher's face. She walked over and opened the door.

     "Why don't you join us, Ms Harper?" Sarcasm dripping from her crooked smile.

Gladys gulped and sat down hurriedly.

"Detention, Ms Harper."

Gladys sighed. "Yes, Mrs Xenon."

Gladys had been in detention for less than five minutes when Josh and Tyler walked in. They had

stupid grins on their faces, even though they were still gorgeous.

  Gladys stared at them incredulously. Who would sentence them to detention?

Josh sat at a desk to the left of her, while Tyler sat on Josh's desk. The teacher was too busy

reading Les Miserables to notice anything.

      Gladys tried not to laugh as they started playing thumb war with each other.


This detention was gonna be interesting......

Two hours later......

        Josh and Tyler were having a serious thumb war. Tyler had almost won about three times, but

Josh held on. Gladys watched at their request, to make sure they didn't cheat. 

      Finally, the moment they had been waiting for, Josh had finally got the upper "thumb"

(excuse my stupidity)

Josh's hand strained to beat Tyler's.

 A few seconds passed before anything happened. Tyler's hand cramped and Josh won!!!

Josh yelled. Tyler groaned. All of them screamed in happiness.

Then the detention teacher quieted them and told them to leave.

It was the best detention ever.

    Les Miserables....a fitting book for detention. I'd rather be in detention watching Josh and Tyler do a thumb war than in the classroom. Why were they in detention?

      It was Saturday night, Gladys had actually acted upon her text and went to the party. Josh and Tyler were there when she walked in and she even got to say hi before they were whisked away by, Julia, who was hosting the party. Julia seemed to be in love with Josh more than anything and couldn't stop sneaking little glances at him.      Gladys couldn't help but get a little jealous, but before she could do anything about it, a tall girl with dyed hair walked up to her.         Tyler tore off the cap of the water bottle and drank the ice cold water greedily. He had been working out for two hours he was thirsty, sweaty, and exhausted. To the left of him, Josh sat on the floor pouring water on his head. His shirt now soaked with a mixture of sweat and water.         Tyler looked at Josh's drenched outfit and couldn't help but chuckle. "What'd you do that for, Josh?" Josh shrugged. "It's hot."
